RETURNS & REFUNDS

1) 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a Consumer (and, where applicable, a sole trader with consumer rights), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts from the day you (or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

2) How to return an item

To withdraw from the contract, please send a clear statement by e-mail to: info@szczyptameble.com
You may use the model withdrawal form below.

Then return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you sent your withdrawal notice.

3) Return shipping costs

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

4) Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you (including the standard delivery cost, if applicable by law) within 14 days from:

• the day we receive the returned goods, or

• the day you provide proof of sending the return,
  whichever happens first.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.

5) Condition of returned items

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6) Damaged parcel / transport damage

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

• documenting the damage (photos),

• reporting it to the carrier (if possible, a damage report),

• contacting us immediately at info@szczyptameble.com.
