Depending on how you use our website and store, we may process:

  • e-mail address and phone number,

  • delivery address and billing details (if provided),

  • order details (e.g. product, price, date),

  • payment-related data (e.g. payment status/transaction reference) – payment details are handled by the payment operator,

  • delivery data (e.g. address, phone number for delivery),

  • correspondence and requests (e.g. returns/complaints),

  • technical and analytics data (e.g. IP address, cookie identifiers, device/browser data, on-site activity).

3) Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To perform a sales contract and fulfil your order (checkout, communication, payment, delivery) – legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).

  2. To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax/accounting) – legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).

  3. To handle returns, complaints and enquiries – legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)/(c) and/or GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interests: customer service and establishing/defending legal claims).

  4. To maintain security and proper operation of the website – legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

  5. Analytics/marketing cookies (if used) – legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) for non-essential cookies/technologies.

4) Data recipients (who we share data with)

We may share data with service providers that help us operate the store, in particular:

  • Wix.com – website platform/hosting and store tools (processor),

  • Przelewy24 – online payment operator (to the extent necessary to process payments),

  • InPost – delivery/shipping operator (to the extent necessary to deliver your order),

  • IT/hosting/e-mail/domain service providers (if applicable),

  • accounting/bookkeeping services (if applicable).

We share data only to the extent necessary for the purposes described.

5) Data transfers outside the EEA

Using Wix may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate GDPR safeguards are applied (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6) How long we keep data

We keep data:

  • for the time needed to fulfil your order and provide after-sales service,

  • then for the period required by law (e.g. tax/accounting),

  • and for the limitation period of possible claims.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place and fulfil an order (e.g. without a delivery address we cannot ship). Consent for analytics/marketing cookies is voluntary.

9) Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not make decisions producing legal effects about you based solely on automated processing. If we use analytics/marketing tools, they may use cookies—only in line with your cookie consent choices.
